How to express your interest to be a stallholder - application update details to come

The Slice of Haven Food & Wine Festival has become a leading gourmet lifestyle event on the Mid North Coast social calendar, attracting over 12,000 people in on average each year.

This year's theme Slice of Haven is TBC, providing a twist to bring out the creativity of local food businesses. Rest assured the event is always about embracing local food, produced by talented local cooks, chefs, roasters, beer and winemakers. Chill out and reconnecting with great company.

Stallholder must use local produce to create unique event dishes that get people talking. Provide marketing material so people know where to find your venue or next event.

Dress up your team and your stalls to create an unforgettable atmosphere for the thousands of visitors!

Download the Expression of Interest Form and Stallholder Criteria documents below to understand our stallholder selection process.

All vendors must check with Port Macquarie Hastings Council's approval process to operate a temporary food stall. Click here to read the policy and call their customer service number to speak to a member of the regulatory team about your requirements.

Before you apply, please understand ...

Stallholders need to meet our criteria of residing within 100 miles of the Camden Haven, and providing food or beverages that are predominantly made or grown in the Camden Haven. Impress the committee with your take on this year's open theme and of course include a dollop of indulgence and a dash of quirky!

With a limited number of sites available, stallholders and musicians are invited to register their interest in being involved with Slice of Haven as soon as possible. Preference will be given to vendors who sell local produce and use local produce in their dishes.

EOI should include the price of a serve of food (it should be a SMALL serve not a meal), what’s on it – especially the local content. At least one dish must be priced at $8 or less to ensure the festival is affordable and gives a tantalising taste of your gourmet skills.

We all want people are able to afford to experience as many stallholder products as possible from around the event throughout the day.

Slice of Haven is about showing what you can do, giving great service and experience to our visitors and making sure they go away with some marketing material to seek out your venue or follow you to your next event.

Please send your completed EOI, with copies of your current public liability insurance and food safety where appropriate.

DO NOT include payment with your EOI. Successful applicants will be notified and invoiced at this time.

Final applications close on 20 August 2024.

A Stallholder Information Kit will be provided to all successful applicants prior to the event.
