Sharper Slice in 2014

SLICE of Haven organisers are gearing up for a gourmet food and wine festival with a difference in 2014.
A new festival layout, chilled out music and only the creme of gourmet food producers from the Camden Haven to enliven your tastebuds with local food creations.
The date is set - May 25 - for the popular festival on the Camden Haven River foreshore.
Organisers are embracing a more sustainable theme this year, lowering the festival’s carbon footprint and bringing the festival back to its purely local, gourmet roots.
Expressions of interest (EOI) from potential stallholders are now open, via email - www.sliceofhaven.com.au and 'click on contact us'.
Stallholders are encouraged to “wow” the organisers with their ideas for eye-popping and mouth-watering food morsels and the best will be invited to attend.
With a limited number of sites available for the 2014, event stallholders are encouraged to be well-prepared and creative with their menu and dress up their stall to embrace a chilled out, back-to-grass-roots theme.
EOI should include the price of a plate of food, what’s on it, ideally priced at $8 or less to ensure the festival is affordable and gives a tantalising taste of your gourmet skills.
Stallholders and musicians are invited to register their interest in being involved with the excitingly intimate, best of the best, Slice of Haven by March 7.
Email your questions via the Contact Us page at www.sliceofhaven.com.au or call the Laurieton United Services Club on 6559 9110 for more information. EOI must include the price of a plate of food, what’s on it. Doesn’t need to be big, needs to be gourmet and needs to cost $8 or less.
